What steps should I take to move forward?
Once you've received an email with a proposal, simply respond and let us know you want to move further. In order to finish your design and submit it to your utility provider to completely activate the system, we will need a copy of your utility bill that provides verification of account holder name, account number, service address, rate plan, and meter number. We will also require a copy of your state-issued ID to establish that you are the individual listed on the utility account.

How is my solar system sized and designed?
Our engineers use years of experience to design the best solar solution for your home. I consider many factors, such as terrain and tree placement on your property, as well as orientation.

Do I need to install batteries?

Can I cancel my order?
If your order is canceled before a permit is submitted, you will receive a full refund of your $1,000 deposit. If we have expensed any costs to draw your plans and pay permit fees, we will refund the difference.

How long does it take for the installation of my system once an order has been placed?
Installation timelines will vary by region and are subject to local permit and utility timelines. It can take anywhere from 4 weeks to six months to begin installation. Our installation only has a 2 week lead time to begin. The rest is entirely dependent on applicable building departments and utility company inspections.

Are tax credits and other incentives available for this program?
